The Auxiliary Programs Director also oversees our Educational Event rentals and reports directly to the Controller.

Rentals / Educational Events

Market, plan, and coordinate on-site educational events and rentals — seasonal (e.g., coach/athletic rentals) and one-time (e.g., private clinics)

Coordinate with the Director of Facilities on maintenance, rentals, and event logistics

Design and launch a new Summer enrichment program, including concept, themes, and weekly curriculum

Develop the operating budget, enrollment projections, and pricing with the Controller and CFO
