Qualifications

• ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years leading diverse teams in a federal consulting environment, with 5+ years in the Army.
• Proven ability to drive business development and lead federal proposals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of client engagements and consulting staff.
• Ensure contractual targets and deliverables are met with high quality.
• Manage engagement economics to align with financial parameters.
• Drive growth by identifying expansion opportunities and aligning capabilities with client priorities.
• Support team career development, advocacy, recruitment, and retention.
