Job summary

Loomis Chaffee School is seeking an Associate Director of the Annual Fund in Windsor, CT. The role focuses on leading donor solicitation and volunteer engagement to advance the Annual Fund, with special attention to classes approaching or celebrating five-year reunions.

You will work with the Director of the Annual Fund to craft strategic plans and track results. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years in development, preferably in independent schools or higher

Qualifications

• At least three years of development experience, preferably in an independent school or higher education.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising and volunteer management for reunion and fundraising efforts.
• Develop and execute annual strategic plans to meet fundraising goals.
• Oversee segmentation for solicitation letters and fundraising materials.
• Manage a portfolio of prospects for leadership gifts.
• Collaborate with Annual Fund and Communications teams on campaigns and Giving Tuesday initiatives.
