Loomis Chaffee School seeks an Associate Director of the Annual Fund who will be a core member of the Alumni/Development Office team, responsible for advancing volunteer engagement and fundraising, with a particular focus on engaging classes approaching or celebrating their five-year reunions. Working closely with the Director of the Annual Fund, the Associate Director leads personal solicitation efforts and develops and executes an annual strategic plan with both short- and long-term goals to achieve fundraising objectives.
