Job summary

The Winsor School in Boston seeks a strategic Director of Annual Giving to lead the Winsor Fund, drive revenue and participation, and coordinate multi-channel campaigns with direct solicitation, reunion giving, and stewardship.

Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, you will manage the annual giving team, collaborate with departments, and present boards with progress, while building strong donor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least five years of development or fundraising experience.
• Experience with annual giving and frontline fundraising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute annual giving goals.
• Manage donor retention, acquisition, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with CAO and boards; prepare reports.
• Hire and lead annual giving team.
• Oversee direct marketing and Giving Day campaigns.
• Lead volunteer recruitment and management.
• Ensure gift processing and reporting with operations.
