Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics Governance & Operations to lead governance and the operational cadence for a global analytics organization in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role partners with strategy, technology, and functional leaders to streamline workflows, improve visibility, and strengthen decision-making in a regulated environment.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $152,600 – $283,400 annually.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in analytics operations, business operations, PMO, governance, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Experience in governance, stewardship, reporting, and performance management processes.

Responsibilities

Own governance and stewardship operations for the analytics organization.
Operationalize governance and performance management processes for capability leaders.
Partner with Strategy and Technology to implement automation and workflows.
Administer governance forums and manage issue intake and resolution.
Maintain portfolio reporting and leadership scorecards.
Develop reusable operational tools and knowledge repositories.
Coordinate governance operations and reporting across teams.
