A mission-driven, commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company is seeking an Associate Director, Data & Analytics to play a key leadership role within its growing Data & Analytics organization. This role partners closely with Corporate, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders to deliver scalable, trusted, and high-impact analytics solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making.

This individual will translate complex business requirements into modern analytics, predictive modeling, and self-service insights using cloud-based data platforms and best-in-class governance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for enterprise analytics solutions supporting Corporate, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable analytics, reporting, and predictive solutions
• Design and oversee cloud-based data pipelines, semantic models, and governed analytics layers
• Build and enable self-service analytics and dashboards using modern BI and data platforms
• Lead development of advanced and predictive analytics to support forecasting, planning, and operational optimization
• Champion data quality, governance, privacy, and trust, including metadata, lineage, and access controls
• Partner cross-functionally with business leaders, data engineers, and analytics teams to deliver high-impact insights
• Mentor and guide analytics talent while driving best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or advanced analytics roles
