Job summary

The University of Alabama seeks an Associate Director for the A-Club Alumni Association in Tuscaloosa. This role supports all aspects of the A-Club and promotes the organization to past letter-winners and current student-athletes.

The position focuses on growing membership, developing career-engagement plans, and coordinating events and communications, with some travel and after-hours work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of athletic department administration, fundraising, marketing, or public relations experience; OR master's degree and some athletic department administration, fundraising, marketing, or public relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and promote the A-Club Alumni Association to past letter-winners and current student-athletes.
• Increase membership in the A-Club and engage members in career services.
• Organize and manage A-Club related events including reunions, golf tournaments, fundraisers, scrimmage watch parties, A-Day activities.
