Job summary

The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa seeks an Assistant Director of Student Leadership Programming to develop campus-wide leadership opportunities and engagement. You will assist in strategic planning, policy development, staff development, and assessment for the office, and oversee leadership-focused events and programming.

Responsibilities include advising student-led programming boards, coordinating campus partners and vendors, and guiding comprehensive event planning from risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of student life/student affairs experience; OR master's degree and two (2) years of student life/student affairs experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to manage events, budgets, and staff.
