Job summary

NAB is seeking an Associate Director in Alternative Assets NY to lead a select portfolio of project finance clients, overseeing pre-deal support, credit structuring, and end-to-end transaction execution.

You will manage portfolio risk, coordinate with CME NY leadership, Client Coverage, and Product teams, and mentor junior staff while ensuring timely, compliant delivery across renewables, data center, and infrastructure financings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7+ years Corporate Finance or related experience depending on role.
• Experience in project finance data center and renewables sectors, ideal.
• Strong understanding of facility documentation, deal structuring and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a select pool of project finance sector clients and associated transactions.
• Provide pre-deal support, credit structuring and insights.
• End-to-end transaction execution and portfolio & risk management.
• Lead development of capabilities in junior team members.
