Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years Corporate Finance or related experience, depending on role.
• Experience in project finance data center and renewables sectors, ideal.
• Well-developed financial modelling, risk assessment and credit writing skills.
• Strong understanding of facility documentation, deal structuring and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in transaction execution through the preparation of credit submissions, financial modelling, reviewing due diligence, negotiating legal documentation and making recommendations to CME NY leadership and other senior stakeholders.
• Manage & negotiate client requests, including refinancings, consents, amendments & waivers.
• Provide guidance / coaching to junior team members.
• Help with internal reporting requests and ongoing projects within CME, under the direction of CME NY leadership.
• Partner with Client Coverage and Product Team in achieving Sector Revenue, RoE, Operating Expense goals through supporting portfolio growth initiatives.
