You will provide pre-deal support, credit structuring, and end-to-end transaction execution while managing risk and client relationships. You will drive collaboration with Client Coverage and Product Specialists, review loan documentation, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years Corporate Finance or related experience.
• Experience in project finance data center and renewables sectors.
• Strong financial modelling, risk assessment and credit writing.
• Understanding of facility documentation, deal structuring and negotiations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams.
• Lead role in development of capabilities in junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Monitor risk profile and portfolio hygiene.
• Prepare credit submissions and financial modelling; review due diligence and negotiate legal docs.
• Manage client requests including refinancings, consents, amendments & waivers.
• Stakeholder management with internal and external teams.
• Coach junior team members.
• Support CME NY leadership with reporting and projects.
• Partner with Client Coverage and Product Team to grow sector revenue.
