Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7+ years in Corporate Finance or related field.
• Experience in project finance, data centers, renewables preferred.
• Strong financial modelling, risk assessment and credit writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction execution including credit submissions, modelling, due diligence, and legal documentation.
• Negotiate client requests such as refinancings, consents, amendments and waivers.
• Monitor risk profile and portfolio hygiene for a select client portfolio.
• Coach junior team members and collaborate with CME NY leadership.
• Partner with Client Coverage and Product teams to drive sector revenue and growth.
