Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in higher education, program management, communications, events, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute events, workshops, speaker series, and other programming related to the AI, Analytics, and FoW Initiative.
• Support stakeholder engagement, including outreach to students, faculty, staff, alumni, industry partners, and external organizations.
• Manage website updates, newsletters, and other communications materials in partnership with MarComm.
• Provide operational and administrative support for initiative-related projects and priorities.
• Assist with student-focused experiential learning opportunities and engagement initiatives.
• Support the development of new programs, partnerships, and engagement opportunities aligned with the Initiative’s mission.
• Support cross-functional coordination with Dean’s Office staff, faculty, and external stakeholders.
• Track initiative-related activities, timelines, and deliverables.
