Job summary

Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business seeks an Associate Director of AI Initiatives to drive programs at the intersection of business, technology, and the future of work. This hybrid role requires strong organization, collaboration, and communication skills to manage multiple initiatives.

You will coordinate events and workshops, support stakeholder engagement with students, faculty, alumni, and industry partners, and oversee website and newsletters in partnership with MarComm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years in higher education or related field.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events, workshops, and programming for AI/FoW initiative.
• Support stakeholder engagement with students, faculty, alumni, partners.
• Manage website updates, newsletters, and communications with MarComm.
• Provide operational support for initiative projects and priorities.
• Assist with experiential learning opportunities and external partnerships.
