Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing role within financial services, information services, or data analytics, preferably SaaS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to lead sales calls and drive pre-sales.
• Ability to analyze processes and map solutions to client challenges.
• Experience supporting complex sales cycles, including POCs, demos, and evaluations.
• Interest in Trade Credit, Supplier Risk, TPRM, MDM, or Sales/Marketing use cases.
• Familiarity with Spark, SQL, or Python; curiosity about AI and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales activities with sales and product teams, articulating Moody’s value.
• Drive pre-sales with product demos and proof-of-concepts to align solutions.
• Support sales through pre-sales lifecycle from qualification to solution fit.
• Analyze client workflows to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Map Moody’s solutions to client needs and demonstrate value via demos and trials.
• Collaborate with product/technical teams to understand architecture and enable design.
• Ensure integration across Moody’s products for a cohesive client experience.
• Bridge clients and product development by conveying feedback for enhancements.
• Travel up to 30% to support client and sales engagements.
