Grant Thornton seeks an Associate Director, Industry Marketing to lead the Industry Marketing team and translate industry priorities into a focused marketing agenda that drives growth.

This senior role partners with Heads of Industry to embed insights and content across service-line campaigns, owning a portfolio of priority initiatives and building team capabilities in industry expertise, content, and activation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in professional services or similar.
• Proven ability to lead and develop marketing professionals.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• Strong strategic planning, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent content, messaging, and editorial leadership abilities.
• Experience managing integrated campaigns and measuring outcomes.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled marketing tools and practices.
