Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director, Rewire Field Experience and Agentic AI Architect in Princeton, NJ. You will own architecture for the core agentic field experience, unifying AI prep, field intelligence, post-call agents, and HCP-facing AI agents within the work flow, CRM, and data integrations.

Collaborating with Commercial, CASA, and Data & Insights, you will define blueprints, ensure security and privacy by design, and align with coaching and performance platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, commercial technology, AI architecture, or field-facing technology.
• Experience designing connected enterprise experiences spanning multiple applications, data sources, workflows, and user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end IT architecture for core Rewire Field experience: AI Prep Agent, Field Intelligence Dashboard, AI Post-Call Agent, and HCP-Facing AI Agents.
• Design connected experiences enabling field users to move from insight to action within their workflow.
• Architect integration between Vault CRM, Databricks, data products, and orchestration services.
• Lead collaboration with CRM migration, privacy, and cyber security to ensure compliant, scalable architecture.
