Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director of AI Engineering and Enablement in Princeton, NJ to lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable GenAI applications and drive the technical strategy for enterprise AI.

You will manage a team of engineers, mentor talent, and ensure secure, compliant, and high-performing solutions across cloud platforms and cutting-edge frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in software/AI engineering.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Proven experience developing and deploying enterprise applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Advanced skills in Python, React, and familiarity with modern GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.).
• Strong understanding of AI application lifecycle, security, compliance, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and build end-to-end GenAI applications.
• Define solution architectures for leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Lead engineering teams and mentor engineers.
• Develop features in Python and React and ensure CI/CD and testing.
• Architect and review code for quality and performance.
• Deploy and monitor AI applications in cloud-native environments.
