Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 12+ years in chemical/materials engineering.
• Active/clearable U.S. government security clearance required.
• Experience in capture management and technology development programs.
• Experience creating advanced materials R&D projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams to address customer-identified technology needs and gaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams in creating white papers and winning proposals.
• Lead program teams in executing technology-focused contracts.
• Build relationships with customers, industry partners, and government organizations.
• Develop and lead IRAD and capital investment projects.
• Support strategy, budgeting, communications, and business reporting.
• Mentor, coach, and train employees across multiple functions.
• Maintain Raytheon presence at technical conferences and meetings.
• Travel as required to support customers and program objectives.
