Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Science or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years experience in project engineering functions.
• Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Compliance with U.S. Government ITAR requirements.
• Candidate must be a U.S. person: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or protected asylum/refugee status in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project execution, escalations, and performance.
• Develop and manage project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate program cost, schedule, and technical issues and escalations.
• Lead prioritization of work packages, design goals, and objectives.
• Work with teams bringing up electronics hardware and providing low-level embedded software to application teams
