Job summary

LA28 is seeking an Associate, Digital Production to help create video, photography, and social content for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. You will contribute to ideation, production, and editing of content across digital platforms and prepare assets for distribution.

The role requires 3+ years of professional video editing/production, expert Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop), and a strong storytelling eye.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional video editing and production experience, ideally in sports or entertainment.
• Expert-level proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific content formats and trends for major social platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity creating content for Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Facebook.

Role Purpose

As Associate, Digital Production, you will help create the video, photography, and social content that brings the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games to life across digital platforms in the years leading up to 2028. Reporting to the Senior Associate, Digital Production, you contribute to the ideation, production, and editing of long-form and short-form content, capture coverage at LA28 events, and prepare assets for distribution across social, web, and email. You collaborate closely across the Digital Engagement and Marketing team to keep every deliverable on-brand, accessible, and consistently on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Support the ideation, production, and editing of engaging long-form and short-form video content across all digital platforms.

Capture professional photo and video content and provide live event coverage at internal and external LA28 activations.

Source and pull assets for photo, graphic, and video projects from external media libraries for stakeholders.

Assistin creating presentations and briefs on content process, production needs, and shoot-day requirements.

Work within established brand guidelines and creativedirectionto deliver consistent, on-brand, high-quality content.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

Available to work onsite in our Downtown Los Angeles-based office.

The majority ofwork will be conducted in an office setting, requiring extended periods of time using computers, phones, and other office equipment.

The LA28 office is an open floorplan working environment; employees must be able to work efficiently in an open cubicle environment.

Hours of work may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak event periods.

Perform other duties asrequired; the role will evolve over time and may include operational responsibilities during the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Must be available to work weekends and evenings for LA28-sanctioned events.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is$70,500 - $82,000. The pay scaleprovidedis the range that LA28reasonably expectsto pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensationremainssubject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28's operational business needs and applicable law.
