Job summary

42North Dental in Pennsylvania seeks a full-time Associate Dentist to lead the clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

The position offers a $150,000–$250,000 USD annual range with a $20,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401K and ongoing education through a collaborative network of doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests and monitor growth and development.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care and perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Uphold the highest standard of care, ethics and professionalism.
