Job summary

42North Dental in Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to lead the patient experience from exam to treatment delivery. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. A sign-on bonus up to $20,000 is offered, with generous benefits and ongoing education opportunities.

You will promote oral health, diagnose conditions, educate patients, and develop comprehensive treatment plans while maintaining records and delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
