Job summary

42North Dental in Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to lead the patient experience from the initial exam through treatment, including in-office specialties. The role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a compensation range of $150,000 to $250,000 USD, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing CE opportunities.

Responsibilities include promoting oral health, diagnosing diseases, educating patients, and delivering high-quality restorative and surgical care within a collaborative

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
