42North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist in Pennsylvania to deliver comprehensive patient care from exams to restorative treatments. You will educate patients, create and discuss treatment plans, and maintain quality records in a patient-centered practice.

The position offers a competitive income range ($150,000–$250,000 USD), a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, and strong benefits, continuing education, mentorship, and equity opportunities within a collaborative network.

Qualifikationen

• DDS or DMD degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education
