42 North Dental seeks a full-time Associate Dentist in Pennsylvania to oversee the complete clinical patient experience from exam through treatment. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a focus on excellence and ethics.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and a competitive annual salary range of $150,000–$250,000, plus comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities within a supportive network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry in the relevant state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
