Job summary

42North Dental in Pennsylvania seeks a full-time Associate Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care from initial examination through delivery of treatment. The role includes in-office procedures across general dentistry with opportunities for growth through ongoing education and mentorship.

Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, with a strong benefits package including malpractice reimbursement, 401K, and continuing education support.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current license to practice dentistry in the state.
• Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS/CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment options and written plans.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Carry out surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards and ethics in patient care.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date with continuing education.
