Job summary
42 North Dental is seeking a dentist to join our Boston-area practice. You will diagnose, treat and educate patients, create comprehensive treatment plans, and maintain records while delivering high-quality care.
The role offers earnings up to 36% of collections and a competitive salary range in the 150k–250k USD bracket, with healthcare, retirement, and CE opportunities. The position emphasizes exceptional patient care, collaboration with a strong team, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Current state license to practice dentistry.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
- Review treatment plan options with patients.
- Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
- Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
- Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
- Maintain high quality standards of care and professional ethics.
- Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
