42 North Dental in the Boston area seeks a Dentist to oversee the complete patient experience, from exam to care delivery, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Earn $150,000–$250,000 USD annually plus 36% of collections, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing CE through Harvard Rounds Network. Join a team that supports your clinical expertise and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Evidence of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Current malpractice insurance (certificate) required.
• BLS or CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
