Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patient records and diagnostic data.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures of the teeth and supporting tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
