Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a licensed dentist to join our Boston-area practice, delivering comprehensive dental care to a steady patient flow. Earn up to 36% of collections with an annual base in the range of $150k–$250k USD.

Responsibilities include diagnosing conditions, creating treatment plans, maintaining records, interpreting radiographs, and upholding the highest standards of ethics and patient care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standards of care through continuing education.

Education
