Job summary

42 North Dental, based in Boston, MA, seeks a dentist to join our team and contribute to high-quality patient care. The role offers an opportunity to earn a competitive compensation package including up to 36% of collections and a substantial annual income between $150,000 and $250,000 USD.

You will work with a team dedicated to excellence, receive comprehensive benefits, and have access to continuing education and professional development through Harvard rounds and affiliated CE events.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program is required.
• Current state license to practice dentistry is required.
• Hepatitis B vaccination must be documented.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Education
