42 North Dental, serving the greater Boston area, seeks a Dentist to lead the clinical patient experience from exam to care delivery. In our established practice, you will work across periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics with a steady flow of new patients.

This role offers an annual rate of 150,000 to 250,000 USD and the opportunity to earn up to 36% of collections. Full benefits, CE opportunities, and a collaborative team support ongoing growth.

Qualifikationen

• DMD or DDS degree from CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance proof.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore dental health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest standard of care for patients.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism.
• Engage in ongoing education and professional development.

Ausbildung
