Job summary

42 North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, is seeking a Dentist to join our Boston-area practice. You will promote oral health, diagnose and treat patients, and create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.

We offer up to 36% of collections, annual earnings between $150,000 and $250,000 USD, plus benefits and education opportunities. Expect a robust patient flow, 32 hours weekly, and a supportive team dedicated to excellence.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics
• Keep abreast of new developments through CE and professional development
