42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our established practice in Massachusetts. You will manage the full patient experience, from initial exam to treatment delivery, with in-office services across periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Earn up to 36% of collections, with benefits including health insurance, dental/vision, 401K, and continuing education opportunities, while contributing to a team that prioritizes ethics and professional development.

Formación

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and professionalism.
