42 North Dental in the Boston region seeks a Dentist to lead the clinical patient experience from initial exam to treatment delivery. In-office specialty services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers strong earning potential with up to 36% of collections and a competitive annual rate of $150,000–$250,000 USD, depending on full-time engagement and experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through continuing education
