42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead comprehensive patient care in our Boston-area practice. You will manage exams, treatment planning, and in-office specialties such as periodontics and endodontics, delivering high-quality care.

The role offers an annual rate of $150,000–$250,000 USD, with compensation tied to collections (up to 36%), plus a robust benefits package. We welcome candidates ready to contribute to a growing team and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry is required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination and malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update medical and dental records.
• Interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests for care.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Uphold high standards of care and ethics.
• Stay updated with new advances and continuing education.
