Job summary

42 North Dental in Boston, MA seeks a Dentist to lead the patient experience from initial exam to delivery of care. The practice offers in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a strong flow of new patients each month.

The Dentist role provides annual earnings of $150,000–$250,000 USD, full-time employment options (around 32 hours weekly), and a benefits package including health insurance, HSA, 401k, CE opportunities through Harvard

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
