Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead the clinical patient experience from initial exam to delivery of care. In-office specialty services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers substantial earning potential with a target of up to 36% of collections, plus comprehensive benefits for full-time staff and opportunities for continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics.
