Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Higher Education Administration or related field with at least three years’ administrative experience, strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Three years of administrative experience in student services administration, preferably at a community college.
• Experience motivating, mentoring, coaching, and developing staff with supervisory skills.
• Experience with financial oversight of significant budgets and resources.
• Demonstrated commitment to student success, diversity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Student Services Department and develop performance goals, programs, and budget.
• Supervise staff across Advising, Registration, Testing, Orientation, Student Activities, Veterans Services, Wellness, and more.
• Develop policies and interventions to promote student success.
• Oversee department budget, expenditures, and purchasing.
• Assist in grant proposals and HR recruitment processes.
• Participate in committees to improve student access and success.
