Passaic County Community College seeks an Associate Dean for Nurse Education to oversee the Nurse Education Program at the Paterson campus and at Sussex County Community College. This full-time administrative role reports to the Senior VP for Academic and Student Affairs.

The position requires a Master’s in Nursing (Doctoral preferred), NJ nursing license, and at least three years of nursing program administration.

Formación

• Master's degree in Nursing is required.
• Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of administrative experience in an academic nursing program; associate degree experience preferred.
• Current nursing license in New Jersey.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with faculty to develop and evaluate Nurse Education programs.
• Provide leadership for faculty and staff.
• Develop and implement new programs serving the community.
• Maintain a comprehensive record system and ensure licensure/ accreditation.
• Submit annual reports and manage budget.
• Travel between PCCC campuses and partner locations as needed.
