Job summary

DoorDash is building a scalable bank-like program for Dashers in its Dasher Financial team. We are seeking an Associate, Strategy & Operations to help run operations for a bank product used by millions of Dashers each month.

You will own end-to-end metrics, operating model, and cross-functional partnerships; turn ambiguous problems into clear plans; and build proactive monitoring and vendor management. This is a zero-to-one fintech environment for someone who loves problem solving and

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in high-growth teams (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related).
• Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making (SQL / Excel).
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own a core area of the Crimson banking program end to end - the metrics, operating model, and cross-functional partners.
• Turn ambiguous operational problems into structured plans, driving them with Product, Engineering, Legal, and external partners.
• Build monitoring and mechanisms that catch problems before users report them.
• Manage external vendors and partners: enforce SLAs and negotiate requirements.
