The role emphasizes relationships, health signals, and proactive risk management. For candidates in the Dallas, TX or Minneapolis, MN area, the position follows a hybrid schedule with 3 on-site days per week; remote for others in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of client-facing experience in Customer Success or related roles.
• Ability to lead customer conversations and build stakeholder relationships.
• Interest in growing into larger, strategic customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of Tier 4 customers and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead recurring touchpoints, success planning, and business reviews.
• Monitor health, usage, engagement, and risks to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales for expansion opportunities and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
• Prepare for meetings with data-driven insights and recommendations.
