Job summary

Total Expert is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strategic partnerships with mid-market customers and maximize ROI from the Total Expert platform. You will combine industry knowledge with product insight to guide customers toward business objectives and revenue growth.

Based in the Dallas, TX or Minneapolis, MN area, this hybrid role includes on-site days and remote work for others. You will drive adoption, manage renewals, and maintain executive relationships while improving

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role.
• 2+ years of experience in a SaaS or technology organization.
• Experience in financial services, marketing automation, or CRM platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion Customer Success and communicate value to customers.
• Understand customer ecosystems and optimize use of the platform.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive retention and identify upsell opportunities within portfolios.
• Lead business reviews and report progress toward defined success metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Services, and Support.
