Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Springfield, IL is seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative for a 3+ month onsite contract. You will handle calls, quotes, SAP orders, and logistics coordination to support maintenance and parts operations.

• Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate person.
• Develop quotes for aftermarket requests.
• Enter orders into SAP when PO received.
• Interface with shipping/warehouse to expedite urgent orders.
• Assign Planned Maintenance work orders from ServiceMax queue to Field Service Engineers.
• Process good receipts when parts/instruments arrive.
• Assist other personnel with other duties when demand peaks.
• Data entry experience required.

Location: 100% onsite role - Springfield, 62704

Duration: 3+ Months

1. Answer Phone Calls and direct to appropriate person.


2. Develop quotes for Aftermarket requests
