Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Minneapolis is seeking an Associate Customer Sales Manager to own the planning and execution of multi-million dollar category plans for Target. You will collaborate with the Customer Business Team to drive sales, optimize distribution, pricing, and promotions, and deliver revenue and market share growth.

This hybrid role offers a base salary in the $89,800–$112,200 range with a performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes raw and syndicated data to drive insights for distribution, assortment, pricing, and promotion.
• Ensures data accuracy in the total Customer P&L for decision-making.
• Develops selling priorities and provides reports, tracking, and analysis.
• Collaborates with the Customer Business Team to monitor forecasts and annual plans.
• Drives sales growth by aligning plans with customer opportunities.
• Delivers concise presentations to communicate findings to customers and internal partners.
