Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Minneapolis is seeking a Customer Sales Analyst to turn data into actionable insights for the Target team. You will analyze sales, category, consumer, and merchandising data to support selling stories and business reviews across marketing, finance, eCommerce, and supply chain.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and offers a base salary range with a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with models and trackers across multiple data sources.
• CPG or retail experience in marketing, sales, category management, or insights.
• Understanding of Category Management and customer business processes.
• Experience with syndicated POS and panel data.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and communicate clearly with leadership.
• Power BI experience is a plus.
• Ownership mindset: proactive delivery of insights and updates for growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Excel and Power BI trackers to share weekly and monthly performance data and trends.
• Analyze sales, category, consumer, and merchandising data to identify insights and opportunities.
• Build presentations and selling materials for internal and external audiences.
• Support customer-specific selling stories and business reviews.
• Identify key volume drivers, risks, and opportunities, and communicate implications clearly.
• Evaluate merchandising events and provide viewpoints on execution, compliance, consumption, and value.
• Own core routines including line review support, item setup, sample coordination, post-event tracking, performance updates, and internal communications.
