Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Minneapolis seeks a Customer Sales Analyst to turn data into actionable insights, support selling stories, and help the Target team execute core routines with accuracy. You will collaborate across marketing, finance, eCommerce, and supply chain to ensure timely delivery.

The role focuses on data analysis, presenting insights, and maintaining sales trackers to support business reviews and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience in Excel models, trackers, and multi-source analysis.
CPG or retail marketing/sales/insights background required.
Understanding of Category Management and customer business processes.
Experience with syndicated POS and panel data.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage priorities and communicate with leadership.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Excel and Power BI trackers to share weekly and monthly performance data and trends.
Analyze sales, category, consumer, and merchandising data to identify business insights and opportunities.
Build presentations and selling materials for internal and external audiences.
Support customer-specific selling stories and business reviews.
Identify key volume drivers, risks, and opportunities, and communicate implications clearly.
Evaluate merchandising events and provide POV on execution, compliance, consumption, and value.
Own core routines including line review support, item setup, sample coordination, post-event tracking, performance updates, and internal communications.
