Gold House is hiring an Associate at Gold House Labs to play a key role in managing and growing our career-defining creative accelerators. From supporting the operational management of multiple programs to prospecting and identifying potential program partners and donors, this is a support-level role for the day-to-day operations of Gold House programs across creative industries.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of program management, partnerships or business development experience in creative or nonprofit sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interface with multiple teams.
• Passionate about the arts and expanding opportunities for the next generation of creatives.

Responsibilities

• Support program management activities: plan masterclass sessions, schedule events, review applicants, and report outcomes.
• Identify potential donors and partners for creative programs; assist ongoing donor/partner relationships.
• Coordinate outreach for Gold House Labs programs and manage messaging timelines.
• Track performance metrics and report opportunities for growth.
• Develop pitch decks, recap reports, newsletters, and invitations for partners.
• Manage guest lists and communications for events; assist with team calendar tasks.
